I was getting a few requests for videos on weightloss and exercise. This is the first of two videos, the first one is full of tips that I have personally used to lose weight. The second, which I hope to do on Monday, will be about exercise. I am not an expert on either subject but I am speaking from my personal experience and I really think I have a healthy attitude to weightloss and body image. I have learnt alot over the past couple of years, both through trail and error and also with extensive advice from my trainer at the gym.
